Founded by Patricia Webb in 2005, the Learning Shire offers educational services built on a solid foundation of dialogue, reflection, and cooperative action. We model & teach a group of learning processes that help people to harness the inner life, so that even difficult life experiences can be drawn upon as perennial tools for constructing the life & work one seeks. By further infusing our projects with the power of visual arts, mythic stories, and the beauty of the natural world, we provide a unique spectrum of educational journeys that defy conventional expectations and empower people to explore new paradigms for being together in the world.
